If you work hard and are dedicated, you're sure to be noticed and presented with opportunity! Over the years they have implemented a lot of initiatives to educate their best people on the industry/business so they can grow into different roles.

Cons

There's a lot of change, all the time. If you're looking for a stable 9 to 5 I-know-how-my-day-is-gonna-go kind of job this is not the company for you.

Cons

violated many policy's regarding human treatment. They step on people and tell you to close your mouth and do your job. If your manager does not like you he will manufacture a lie and get someone to file a false complaint. So you must be on your toes to prove them wrong. If you get this job your just asking for trouble.
