Pros

Good co-workers but everyone is miserable because the work environment is horrible. The o.ly reason people have stayed is a pay cheque that hasn't bounced

Cons

Horrible management that lies to staff and customers consistently. Forced to sell maintainence the vehicle manufacturer recommends against or doesn't recommend at all or lose your job. They also have you sell parts for repairs at an escalated rate compare to what the customer would pay if he bought the part and did the work his or her self.

Great management team and staff. Results based sales team culture with emphasis on monthly and quartley goals. If you have a positive mindset , are eager to learn about sales, and you believe in the values of connection, this is a great place to refine your sales and customer services skills.
