      The Kaizen Automotive group is not your ordinary automotive group. It is cutting edge and forward thinking. Its marketing is way ahead of the curve and the management is open minded and talented.

      Automotive is a hard business. They are competitive.

      Some really great people who don't stay or last long. Ownership very generous at Christmas season

      If you are not family or share the ownerships faith or don't suck up then you get nothing.
