Pros

Lots of locations to choose from.

Cons

They pencil pretty hard, packs on packs. Random charge backs, missing gross and you never get a break down of your pay. They offer good pay plans but then pencil you back if you do well. They also export all of their used vehicles to the USA leaving you nothing to sell. Very high turnover, they are always hiring and firing people.

Cons

- you’re only as appreciated as your last month - some sales people are prioritized and fed leads - another month, another sale push for exhausted lead pool
