      1. Good computers. 2. Small team, no politics, and could learn a lot from daily work. 3. Nice employee discounts if you plan to buy a car there, but please ask managers for this discount not sales, sales are liers.

      Cons

      1. Push everyday. 2. Not competitive salary. 3. Have to work from 8 to 5, not 9 to 5. 4. Extra time work will not be respected or payed.

      Great place to work, family owned business. If you're good at your craft you have job security.

      Cons

      There are a few growing pains due to starting out as a smaller company but those are being worked on. The benefits package is a little skimpy. Their training program is sink or swim
