Pros

The coworking staff were all friendly, management was always more than fair and reasonable, willing to do plenty of 1 on 1 coaching, and investing time into their team. No complaints all in all, it was a great experience. A good place to consider working if you have a "you get what you give" sort of mentality.

Cons

Hiring more seasonal lot staff or installing bubble domes above vehicle lot to minimize brushing snow off of vehicles in a city where winter occupies 60% of the year. Well worth the ROI for the sales staff, the customer experience, and the liability.
