Nothing is good about this place but some of the workers.

Cons

Everything from work flow to hr is horrible here. I worked there for 5 years not once was I treated like a real person!

Easy to get hired and good location for Lancaster residents.

Cons

Employees are not treated fairly by management, lots of favoritism! Not paid enough for some of the work they ask you to preform, especially when it comes to the dangers of some of the operations.

I met some wonderful people, if trained properly you can independently complete all tasks needed to complete orders.

Cons

Associates will use there power to quote “My your experience there hell” end quote. If you talk to H.R. you willing have problems with your check. Never speak with a higher associate about a problem it will only cause problems for yourself.
