      Pros

      If you work for plants 1 or 2, the job is great. Great people, management that is active and supports emplyees

      Cons

      If you work for plant 3 (ECPD) the job is the most frustrating you will ever have. Top management is not connected with day to day activities. There are conflicting goals, and everyone throws each other under the bus to get ahead. Everyone is stressed out and frustrated with their job including hourly and salary employees.

      Interesting products, serving a niche market. The company has standard operating procedures and training programs to support the hourly associates. The hourly associates are dedicated and strive to meet and exceed goals.

      Cons

      Small family owned business managed by third generation. There are indications the company is experiencing serious challenges related to competitive market pressures. The Senior Leadership team is not in touch with the day to day operations. The organization is top heavy and the costs negatively affect the bottom line.
