      Great co workers make for a fun work environment

      Cons

      Bonuses,company outings,outside of work activities all taken away to save the company money but management still expects employees to take pride in there work...Management is so out of touch with the employees it's sickning

      Hardworking, caring group of co-workers.

      Cons

      Chosen customer base so demanding that there is no bandwidth to really work to improve the company's future. The company is no longer what is was once proud to proclaim.

      It all starts at the top. Clueless leaders.

      Pros

      It was a great company during second generation leadership. Not anymore and it is very concerning. I am still an employee and saw good and bad over 25 years. Today it is all bad. I am looking for a new job.

      Cons

      The top management at kalas is clueless. Workforce is taken advantage of. The owners allow clueless people to lead the company. They allow good people to leave. Cut out the clueless people at the top and focus on the workforce. Focus on keeping good people. Keep people that know the business. Remove people that talk a good game. The people on the floor are the people that make the product and can help rebuild support. Focus on us.
