      Pros

      Fair amount of paid vacation, still some good genuine people left.

      Cons

      Upper management fails to relate to the production workers, and is becoming too focused on sales and the bottom line, and has become greedy. Failure to plan production accordingly, often times requiring mandatory overtime when it is not needed.

      Pros

      Many Great people who care a lot about the company. Benefits are good and pay is fair. A few really good managers.

      Cons

      It begins with the CEO- he is impersonal and clueless and makes no effort to genuinely connect with the employees. Ecpd plants have poor Safety records - lots of people get hurt. Very sad to see the company erode - use to be a great company.

      Pros

      Some people have been there a very long time and they are great to work with. Everyone works together to get things accomplished. The values that were first established need to have better follow through by Executives.

      Cons

      Executive team is disjointed, doesn't have a clue what most associates do and is putting too much work on them when what they really need is support.
