Coworkers are nice to work with.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected and not engaged with production. Very bad decisions made at that level as a result. Good ides are shared but getc ignored by management and poor results are the byproduct. Very bad training of new hires which results in high turn over. Not recommended as a career choice. Under qualified people in positions of leadership to include upper management.

Positive work environment on the production floor. Processes are clearly defined and training program is beneficial for new production employees.

Cons

Poor decisions have been made at the management level in terms of sales and customers relationships causing the company to be on thin ice with main customers
