If you are at starting point of career, then please join this organization, Stay here for 2 years Max. and MOVE fast for further growth. If You want to settle here, then you should join this organization after 10 years of exp.

Management is not proactive. They doesn't know the value of people and Employee ethics. Salary structure is also Poor.. Politics is as usual while promotions and appraisals. You will not get ON-SITE opportunity Here.
