Management top heavy. I felt like I was working at an adult daycare. Absolutely no autonomy because you are micro managed to death.

depending on which department you work in, the department I was in had no work-life balance at all and the supervisor was hateful

Company pays great attention to building maintenance so it always looks nice inside and out. They offer free parking and a fully staffed cafeteria with good food.

Cons

Divisions of this company unknowningly micro manage their employees who for the most part are fully capable of handling the workload.
