      Absolute worst environment I have ever worked in.

      Pros

      Free weekly massages. Good benefits including three weeks vacation. Covered medical deductible, offered free online courses after one year of employment.

      Cons

      Pettiness , back stabbing, professional insecurity, too many meetings which digressed into outrageous losses of time, employees tossed under the bus, little self responsibility, incredible office politics. Horrible place to be.

      Pros

      People are great. You make some great friends and there's the potential that if people like you, you can move up in the organization. There's also a big push to make it a better place to work which is really cool. Lastly, being able to work from home is a big plus.

      Cons

      Sometimes management really misses the mark in terms of recognizing the people who are actually keeping the ship afloat. There seems to be a real reluctance (or blissful ignorance) when it comes to recognizing the real doers within this company. It can be really frustrating if you're more of a doer and less of a talker.
