Pros
Great Kaplan culture, helpful employees, Great work/life balance, a company that is always trying to improve, Smart co workers, etc.
Cons
Many say, faculty manager is one of the most difficult- thankless job within Kaplan testprep. The work is more than 40 hours/week without OT. Faculty managers are not paid enough for the work they are asked to do. Upper management needs to touch base with the small people to ensure everyone is doing their job. In a remote workforce, too much is left unsaid and can create issues within the work force.
