      Pros

      The great relationships I have built over the years with Kaplan Test Prep colleagues, both current and past, are what I will remember the most.

      Cons

      The pay is not commensurate with the required work expectations. I have friends and former colleagues that now work for other companies in a similar role and make noticeably more money than what the managers earn here (and have much less stress and responsibilities).

      Pros

      Up to date with the technologies, NY location. Lot of good people to work with, huge scope for learning new technologies, that was the case at least in my department.

      Cons

      Doesn't treat employees as assets. My advise to who ever accepts an offer is to to make sure all the hiring promises are put on a paper.

      Pros

      There are some great managers, but they are few and far between. Independent place to work and you do work from home for most positions - lots of skype calls Ability to network on the job

      Cons

      Tons of restructuring going on for over the past year with most of middle management positions being eliminated. I was promised a promotion that was taken away due to restructuring. In three years I had 7 supervisors with no continuity or stability.
