One of the downsides of working for Kaplan is that the number of hours you can work are severely limited; If you are teaching one SAT class, you will likely work just 5 hours per week (2.5 hours per class)

The restructuring that was made affected everyone negatively. Bonus structure was flawed and communication between different levels became nearly impossible. The hours are grueling. There is little structure for human resource access beyond your own manager.
