      Interesting, but disorganized at the top and poorly paid

      Pros

      -Great training -Organization is filled with very intelligent people -Flex time -Low-key summer seasons -Young company -Frequent sharing of internal best practices

      Cons

      -Ridiculously awful pay-way below market average -Corporate management never thinks through field implementation strategies -Often hire from outside the company instead of promote from within -Constant turnover and downsizing efforts

      Fun, active, a lot of work!

      Pros

      It was fun to be on campus, working with students, helping them understand the process of getting into grad school,, the vast amount of people I could work with, job fairs, events, etc.

      Cons

      Very corporate, global company, not a ton of room for growth which is the exact reason that I decided to leave.

      Pros

      You get a lot of responsibility from the beginning. Also, if you are willing to live with the low pay for a few years, Kaplan is good about offering promotions if you are willing to relocate. If you put in some time, you can build your resume.

      Cons

      As stated in the pros section, the pay is low and the hours are long. Also, the products are very expensive and can be challenging to sell.
