Kapost places immense value on innovation. With a focus on profitability, Kapost is extremely careful with resources and still accomplishing an immense amount in the industry. The focus on B2B challenges is paying dividends and it feels like things are really hitting a tipping point. Work-life balance is good and Boulder is an incredible location. The company is right on the Pearl Street mall, which makes lunch and walking meetings a great experience. Office is very nice and the people are amazing. Dedicated, passionate, and obsessive about helping customers succeed. It is really inspiring to see and be part of.

The company (and CEO) is probably the best thought-leader in the marketing space. What Kapost is doing and preaching is on the cutting edge of marketing and most Fortune 1000 companies read and follow what kapost says and sells. The technical founder is probably the best eng leader i've ever seen. Personally, he's thoughtful and kind while at the same time able to go as deep as needed. He's also founded and scaled a business before so knows what to do to get Kapost where it needs to go.
