There is no credible leadership. Most have their own personal agenda and expect you to follow true to it. If you don't, your gone. They say the customer experience is most important. They hide behind skewed support numbers to show customer service as better than it really is.
CEO and President has no integrity or morals. His word means nothing. C-level doesn't care what your ethics are, professional or private. Real bonus if you're promiscuous.
Software is second rate at best due to rushed design, development and deployment with little or no testing. The real customer experiences on new products are hidden and credited to the fault of the customer. The customers are said to be the priority but they are not. If you can adapt your business practices to their product "experts" designs you will do well. They are out-of-touch with the industry.
The buddy system and nepotism is most prevalent in upward mobility. The lack of leadership in most of the key leadership positions is prevalent. The bottom line far outweighs employee loyalty and sacrifice. Trial-by-fire is the preferred employment development process.
They lack defined and standard processes in every area of the company. Instead of setting the proper foundation and building from there, change on-the-fly is the prescribed approach to defining processes.
