They have health, dental, vision and life insurance and the dress code is relaxed. They are becoming an employee owned company.

Cons

Management is out of touch with employee needs. Managers say they want employees to tell what they need but when told they don't like it. They play favorites with some employees and if you are not a favorite then they don't want to hear how you feel.

A fairly new leadership team is full of fresh ideas. Overall great co-workers that care about what they do. Flexible schedule in certain departments.

Cons

Executives need to focus more on execution rather then revisiting objectives. Less talk more doing. Opportunity for advancements are very political due to tenure, culture and physical locations.
