Pros

- People -- Karmak has the best people around... kind, energetic, fun, caring... the list goes on and on. - Culture -- This company makes hard work fun. Everyone has a great time, but they accomplish really challenging things at the same time. It's a great balance. - Benefits -- Full line of benefits

Cons

- Small town -- some positions are remote and I didn't mind the small town, but I could see it being a potential con for some people. - Wages don't always match large cities, but sometimes they do. They're still definitely competitive.
