Excellent culture, deep business knowledge, becoming very aggressive with new technology, decent location - within reach from Springfield and St. Louis

Cons

Situated in a small town, so no Starbucks to trip over. You have to drive to one.

Pros

With an ever-changing technology industry, Karmak goes above and beyond to adapt and move the company forward. Knowledgeable leadership team that has their employee base and customer’s best interest at heart, making the necessary adjustments for business success.

Cons

The location of the headquarters is in a rural community which is very nice but I admit is not for everyone. Keep in mind as you read the other reviews that change is a part of life, it is how we grow and are not left behind as a business. No one is perfect but Karmak leadership does a fantastic job recognizing that and moving the company where they need to be. Some take offense when they refuse to grow with the company and are left behind.
