You will be treated with respect and learn alot

Cons

In my experiences most IT companies should treat you with respect and ensure you learn otherwise don't bother. This is an average company, much better than others but definitely not top dog. Maybe a good thing actually, room to grow within or transfer to another company after a few years of growth.

Karsun promotes highly on innovative and encourages employees to involve in innovation initiatives to prototype using cutting edge technologies. Karsun will help you to improve your technical capabilities at faster pace.

- Karsun Inovation Center - a Technology Division focusing on Emerging Technology Advancements, Process improvements and Quality of Service. - Access to Company sponsored online resources and courses for professional growth. - Convenient location, excellent office space with exciting work every day. - Recognizes talents with appreciations and rewards - Encourages and sponsors health, social and environment awareness related events and programs - Company Insurance is at par with the Industry

Cons

- Limited or less training programs focused, more project specific (annual) training would be nice.
