Pros

I have been working with the company since inception! The stakeholders have a great appetite for growth which is seen in the way they have handled the expanding customer and employee base. There is a continuous effort to improve or enhance the current situation. What can we do and how can we do better is the motto. The benefits are great, work life balance is wonderful and work culture is friendly and accommodating. Fun activities and training have their assigned teams who are open to take in suggestions from all employees. I am proud to be affiliated with Karsun!

Cons

Company needs to continue to diversity the business the offset market risk. This is underway and will soon be achieved.
