      Pros

      It's a friendly environment to work in and also very rewarding! There's definitely room for growth and a great beginning to something bigger.

      Cons

      The working hours can go up for longer than you would expect and yes including your weekends as well, you might have burnout for the most part, and if you're lucky, the manager won't be a bother.

      - great teammates - interesting project - good working place - competitive salary

      Cons

      - the office benefits like "free fruits", "pizza days", "free dairy products" degrade onсe half year, looks like management is cutting expenses - management is sometimes slow in making decisions

      Pros

      The main advantage of working here in the Customer Support department is the exposure to working and researching on a complete product suite ranging from Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), Cybersecurity, Backup, and more. This allows scaling the existing knowledge base to a wider domain.
