Pros

The products and vision are correct. IT teams need one stack of tools with a single bill and single interface with continuity between products.

Cons

The management team has no idea how to address company needs appropriately. Product development has fallen off. Focus on in-office attendance and daily activity monitoring trump actual performance of attainment and revenue.

The fake reviews are out in force

Pros

Decent pay. Good people, below management level. They actually try to improve the software. Learn how to write fake 5* reviews on Glassdoor. If you just want to come in, pick a bug ticket off the board and pretend to work on it, never say a word (to avoid being noticed and fired) )while collecting a paycheck, this is a great job for you. Get to hear Sr. management talk bad about everyone else while promising you are the only one they can trust. Good lessons in how not to run a software company.

Cons

Dishonest management Extreme turnover Desperate attempts at outsourcing that increased turnover Cuts in benefits Company culture was destroyed by new management Old technology, buggy and insecure software No future plans (other than management to cash out). They buy companies to destroy them, while thinking outsourcing to eastern Europe is a good idea. Middle management (as seen in previous reviews) are constantly hired to be scapegoated and fired for upper managements mistakes.

Worth mentioning however, that all of our reviews have been written by happy and proud Kaseya Employees :) Nothing fake here! Our benefits package includes everything from medical, dental and vision to retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and flex time off. We also put a strong focus on career development through our training programs (management training especially) and promoting within the company. The future plans for the organization, including IT Complete, are routinely shared at town hall meetings - so we are a bit confused by some of your con comments. Pros

There are a select few that care about your well being and assisting in your career within the company.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and do not care about their employees. The culture is extremely toxic and after a few months, you will notice managers speaking about you to other employees in an unprofessional way. The Director that recently started is very unprofessional and curses on a daily basis and insults the employees and treats them like animals.
