      Pros

      Really exciting time to be part of the Kaseya family with the growth of our customers, products and acquisitions. I have had a great experience here so far with my coworkers, management and especially my customers. Advancement opportunities seem readily available and although it's really challenging at times I enjoy the fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Hard for some people to keep up with the fast pace we work at, but if you can it pays off.

      - lack of clear direction in so many areas - ratcheting down benefits - feels like it's purely around to line upper managements pockets - also feels like they're worsening the environment to increase attrition

      Honestly, if you come in with a good attitude, the people and environment is amazing. I have the most fun working here than I have anywhere else. Fun Environment Great people to work with Pay is ok (Better elsewhere, but not THAT bad at Kaseya)

      Large disconnect between executive’s objectives and everyone else’s Better pay to be found elsewhere Job Security Job Security Job Security Job Security And Job Security Even after receiving promotions, you could be let go at any moment. In my tenure at Kaseya, I know of at least 3 people at Kaseya that were promoted for being good at their job, only to be let go less than 90 days after. Your job is NEVER safe at Kaseya.
