Pros

Great place to get started in tech

Cons

Toxic culture, leadership knows that middle management micromanage employees to the point they quit. In my time there I saw so many good people leave because of poor leadership,micromanagement and lies. New leadership seems to understand that there is a big problem with talent retention however there are bad apples that have found a way to survive the many mergers and acquisitions and they are flat out infest the culture.

Some great people to work with at the lower levels

Cons

Varies widely by team. Management is constantly evolving. Some degree of changes typically expected every quarter. High turnover rate. Have seen people fired prior to their 2 year bonus.

Pros

Pay is good. You'd also be lucky if you have good accounts handed to you, as once you get the buy in from them its easy to continue building there. People are generally friendly too.

Cons

Management is too busy hiring and expanding without caring for proper training. The managers couldn't really care less if you're familiar with the products or services and would just expect you to get the gears running from the start. They mostly just care about the high performers so if you're a newbie, you're pretty on much on your own until you've proven yourself. Depending on the team you're on, the accounts you have are pretty bleak with a few good ones thrown for morale so you'd get to sell whether you're good or bad.
