The company is not focused on actual culture unless you refer to the "Culture" they believe is right for them. They are not "Work-Life Balance" as they say they are. They constantly add responsibility without a pay increase. And let's say Bonuses are not contingent on what is actually your work, upper SVPs and Executives downgrade your efforts and contributions, which leads to less bonus and lower merit increases. Lack of resources and support in all aspects leads to not only challenges with internal/ external partners but with your initial scope of work.

- Not more than 20%-25% of the team hits the quota, and that's only because they are the oldest and have higher lead routing. - The management is never proactive or invested in their reps and more concerned about keeping their jobs, They are happy when you do numbers but will leave you out and lay you off and call you a bad resource just to ensure their job is safe. -It's hard to say if they even know how to train their reps. Only 1 out of 4 managers are even capable of training. - The management in the Indian office is extremely poor, lacks any management skills, cannot read data, plan for the quarter, especially the lean quarter, and lacks any structure for training. - They lack any empathy unless you can suck up to them regularly. - The male management are constantly seen trying to impress female reps, and it's truly disgusting to see because the age gap is usually huge, and it's sad because these girls are helpless - I have NEVER seen the managers or directors or SVPs take a stand for anything or anyone ever. They talk and behave as if indian employees are inferior to those in the WEST.
