Pros

Decent salary Retention bonus of 12.5k USD/yr

Cons

Retention bonus but very difficult to survive. Negative brand image making it difficult to sell. Infinite issues (billing and product) taking time away from selling. Doesn't justify low numbers. Heavily dependent on book. Many accounts that you won't be able to sell to.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re glad to hear our competitive compensation was of value. We also recognize the concerns raised around internal processes and brand perception. We remain focused on addressing these areas and strengthening both our operations and partner experience.

Pros

Great Training & Location. You will learn about the company's history and all of its software solutions

Cons

Tons of microaggressions, super micromanaged, not allowed to use the restroom basically. If you leave the company they will not pay you the revenue you gained from sales.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad the training and location stood out positively. That said, the concerns you raised are not reflective of the standards we strive for at Kaseya, and all employees are encouraged to use office amenities freely as we remain committed to fostering a respectful, supportive environment.

Pros

Great first experience with technology sales. Good for anyone looking to move to Miami, stay in Brickell, and walk to commute to work. Every team has its positives and negatives, so it just depends on who you get as your manager. You have a solutions engineer who helps you with demoing the products, so your job is to essentially be a hunter and then close the deal based on pricing given to you by your manager. Pretty easy role, just need to have good work ethic with generating prospects from Zoom Info.

Cons

Fully in office role. Most tech sales jobs are remote or hybrid. Depending on your manager, this can make or break your opportunity here. Commission structure is very low compared to other tech jobs in the industry, only getting around 7% of the ARR on deals closed. When your deals are calculated on ARR when customers sign a 3 year agreement, depending on what product vertical you are in you could be selling an average ARR deal for $5000 and only making $350 before taxes on it. You do get additional commission on new logos, which can range from $100-300 depending if you are SMB, MME or MSP focused. Overall, there are better opportunities out there for experienced sales reps.
