Pros

The company has had a lot of potential/growth given the right direction and management. Decent pay as they are having a lot of turnover and trying to get anyone back with knowledge of the business.

Cons

CEO is looking for the bottom line due to the VC firm and only looking to present good numbers no matter what the reality is. Processes are put into place without review or thought into the possible repercussions. Invoicing has fallen behind by months, if they can even invoice or charge correctly Customers are upset and being promised everything to keep them on board. Every company struggles with cross team communication, however cross company communication might be better than what the various departments are communicating to each other.

Pros

I have worked at Kaseya a little over one year. I began my position during the start of a lot of changes and the ramp up to an extreme hyper growth period. I know some may have viewed the changes as negative but I personally saw them as positive. Dozens of new people were hired to expand current teams and create new ones. Those who weren't doing their job well were unfortunately let go. The prior leadership ran this company stagnant. The new leadership is definitely sales focused but I feel they are steering us down the right path to be successful as a company and reclaim the top spot in the industry. This company is working to go public and with that takes a lot of work and tough decisions need to be made. Unfortunately, some cannot handle this and that is why there are negative comments. I work on a small team and my colleagues are amazing. Everyone at Kaseya is kind, helpful and tries to get the job done from what I've seen. The Miami office has doubled in size and the company is working towards developing a better employee culture but that will take time. I'd also like to mention that there has been a great deal of internal promotion which is always positive. Management has put a lot of effort in improving various aspects of the business that had gone untouched for so long. This is something I respect and understand that change cannot happen over night. I wouldn't rank the management team the highest but I feel they are working with what has been handed to them and for the most part are doing a good job. I love that Kaseya is flexible, casual in nature but still very fast pace. Employees get great perks here! Free snacks, paid parking and a beautiful office just to name a few things.

Cons

The biggest problem I see is sometimes changes are put into action too quickly before they are well thought out and planned for. I think this would account for some of the recent turnover. Training across the board could be improved. They have made a lot of improvements in training but I still think more can be done to better prep new hires across the board. I feel the compensation for lower level positions is relatively low and should be increased.

Pros

Choosing the right business strategy can give a company a competitive advantage over its rivals and boost the organic and inorganic growth. A strategy is a plan to meet business objectives. These might be to increase profits, to grow the business, new acquisition and lastly take care of the employees in terms of knowledge, financials, perks and benefit - THIS MEANS KASEYA TO ME.

Cons

I am working in KASEYA in little over 15 months and learn some great sales moves which I never applied in last 12 years of sales career. OH... I have to right something which needs improvement. Company is growing strong but one small thing, when a change in process happens, lets give some more time to stabilise the process to attain more than sustainable growth
