This is my second time at Kaseya after returning a few years ago. I couldn't be more excited to see how this company is growing and how that growth is leading to incredible opportunities for people to build careers and make real money. We built something great my first run here but it doesn't come close to the growth and scale that we have achieved since Fred and his team took over. It feels great to finally have the potential we all saw many years ago realized!

Cons

It's a highly accountable environment with very talented and driven people. If you are looking for a place to coast it's not going to be the place for you.

Base Pay / Compensation package was decent. Benefits were average.

Cons

Unachievable quotas. Products do not always function as advertised, creating a poor reputation with clients. Daily call/contact requirement is too high for the low amount of leads generated. Lack of usable advice, coaching, or instruction from upper management. Upper management does not respond to widespread negative client feedback on price or contract structure; creating a cycle of poor client experience, client distrust, and ultimately poor sales.

There is a great support system in place when coming on board, there is a very enthusiastic and nurturing team environment. My manager and colleagues are always checking in with me to make sure I have everything I need to be setup for success! Work each day is dynamic and interesting!
