-Too much older technology that causes issues with new systems trying to be implemented -Senior leadership does not value customer service staff and micro manages heavily -Pay and benefits are well below average for the region, especially for the amount of work required -Zero flexibility for work schedule does not line up with today's work life balance mentality -Constant internal struggle between departments, causing strained relationships and behind the scenes gossiping even at the executive level which seems like something that they should be above -Bonuses are impossible to obtain and management probably knows that but is unwilling to change so they aren't forced to pay out deserving employees

The wages were below industry standards, and the lack of a 401(k) match was disappointing, especially when considering long-term financial planning. The health insurance offered was subpar, leaving much to be desired in terms of coverage, and there was no maternity leave, which is a basic benefit in most companies. Job security was a constant concern, with layoffs seeming to happen frequently, which created a stressful work environment. Additionally, I regularly had to deal with product and system errors, which made it challenging to do my job effectively and added to the overall stress. Overall, I can’t recommend Kastle to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace. The company needs to make significant improvements in both their employee benefits and the reliability of their systems.
