Some good folks, some latitude to be entrepreneurial, and great ability to face clients to resolve issues.

Cons

No leadership, HR is in pocket of Sales, and Sales run the operations a la scatter shot. Bruising personalities and toxic environment has chased both sales and operations away, and management does NOTHING!

Your team members are like a family! They have impacted my career in so many ways and I cannot express how much I appreciate and am thankful for them. I would not have been able to grow into the person I am today, both professionally and generally with the support of my colleagues and supervisors.
