Disorganized, not forward-thinking. Most of the job's headaches are caused by internal dysfunction and lack of smart and motivated people at the company. The new CEO and other top execs show promise, maybe things will change. But it's a dinosaur of a company that makes being an account manager not a fun job.

-Make your own hours if you can manage well -Work with great technicians -Experience lots of challenges

Cons

-Pay is not adequate for DC area -Sales folks tend to be taught "sell whatever" and then it becomes the PM Department problem to solve. -Benefits aren't that great -Lack of formal training provided -Not a lot of good communication between different departments
