Pros

The people who work there and have not yet become disillusioned

Cons

Frustrations with the ownership. "You can't drive a truck cross-country if you strip the components in its engine and fail to employ the mechanics to fix it! Flashy new rims cannot mask the missing front axles"

Pros

I have worked for Kastle now for about a year and a half and it is a breath of fresh air for me, someone who has come from a much larger company (80,000+ employees nationwide). At the previous company I felt like 1 out of 80,000. They could care less if I quit the next day because there was someone programmed to replace me. It was very impersonal. For someone who has gone from being showered with competitive benefits and constant appreciation to Kastle, I would choose Kastle all day! I rather love coming to work with mediocre benefits, than dread every day but with plaques on the wall. At Kastle, there is definitely a genuine concern for employees both personally and professionally. I enjoy that I'm not micromanaged and every day isn't monotonous. The work load can be heavy and at times overwhelming but I enjoy the challenges. Hats are shared, but I look at it as an opportunity to learn more about all departments of Kastle. No, you aren't constantly praised for a job well done, but I also don't expect to receive praise for what is expected of me. Even my exceptional work isn't for personal praise, but to keep our customer's happy. With the right attitude and best foot forward, I find that I am appreciated here internally and externally. Ultimately, if you never grasp the FULL picture of a company's mission and goals, then you won't appreciate your role and how it contributes to the FULL picture. Kastle Rocks!

Cons

As mentioned above, some might find what I've stated as cons (work load, overlfow of responsibilities, and employee appreciation). At the end of the day, every company will have its list of issues that could be resolved. The benefits are not up to par with what I'm used to, but it does its job. The cons I share in my opinion are things that have potential to being resolved provided there is feedback with ideas or solutions, rather than complaints.
