Pros

Most people are friendly. Good location if you want to stay in the valley. Good learning hospital.

Cons

Poor pay compared to other hospitals. Poor management. During the heat of Covid workers were not paid hazard pay, instead kaweah decided to spend millions to re name the hospital. Who does that?? No appreciation for staff and how hard they work.

I absolutely loved my coworkers, I made a ton of friends

Cons

When covid hit, the first thing Kaweah did was to freeze raises and 401k matching. We were working short staffed with no rest in covid icu and also not getting paid what our work is worth. The administration of Kaweah is not a good one anymore. Since Lindsey Mann left, the culture is now very toxic.
