Co-workers were great, some doctors are good to work with.

Cons

Upper management is poor. Achieved magnet status by hand picking the rn's to interview and fed us all the lines to say to interviewees. Poor pay , No OT after 8 hrs. If you speak your mind, you might lose your job. They always find a way to take more from you and give you less. Very political upper management. Never once in 7 years did any of them introduce themselves or say hi when walking through the halls. You are just a number here.

Desperate for RNs at this time. easy to get hired for new grads, no political drama. Bonus pay for overtime is significant

Cons

Low pay, slow salary increase. Theres always something broken and always under construction. They force RNs to do more work to "improve results" but don't fix the staffing first which is the main problem
