Pros

Management is open to suggestions, accommodating, and always willing to listen or teach. Regular market evaluations to keep wages up to date. Regular updates from HR about what's happening off the care floors and in the offices.

Cons

Occasionally staffing, but where doesn't have this problem? Some people claim social issues or preferential treatment, but I haven't experienced it. Benefits change fairly often, and could cover more prescriptions at the moment.
