Most Benefits, stocks, home time, new well kept equipment, decent pay(but could be better), treated well by management. Easy to take time off. Friendly professional atmosphere. Drivers are treated well. Big on Safety.

Cons

Health insurance costs are raising and being blamed on ACA, they are more worried of the profits then the employees when it's supposed to be a employee owned company. and making us pay more for benefits. Have not had a real pay raise since hiring on 9 years ago since pay is by the route and not the individual driver. No company match 401K. Was much better when it was Tree of Life.

Getting to learn new products on trend.

Cons

They do not like to promote from within, unless you are working at corporate headquarters. If you work at the headquarters, you will move up in no time. They rather hire from outside than promote from within. They do not pay fairly, don't expect a pay raise. The company likes to play favorites.
