Pros
Current direct manager is experienced with company, but powerless to make changes to effect improvements for the team.
Cons
Cheap, cheap, cheap - mandatory roommates at Nat'l meetings. Unprofessional, no training for development or advancement (or potential for advancement). Corporate cop out - employee owns 100% of "trying" to get help. Sr. Mgmt. not in touch w/ field sales (never done the job). Promotions are not based on job success, accomplishments, loyalty, responsibility or length of service. Not in line w/ comparative jobs for Account Mgrs: no car allowance, no company cell phone, working from home, flex time or pay. Poor and worsening Health Benefits. Work/Life Balance out of alignment - private Christian employee owned company preaches family first, but expects work first at the expense of everything else. Expected (mandatory) night, holiday and weekend work or on call. ESOP only good if you've been there 20+ years. Salary approx. 60% of equivalent Act Mgr. jobs, bonus structure not on par. Poor support and follow-through from corporate to the field. Vague outlook on the future of the company with current acquisitions and potential sell out.
