Pros
Great culture, great values and they really do try to live them out rather than just talk about them. Accepting and inclusive workplace.
Cons
Not the most progressive workplace (in terms of technology, policies, workspace), but trying to improve. Paternity/maternity leave policy very archaic and nowhere near what should be acceptable in a developed country. They try to time promotions with end of year reviews so that you don't get your merit increase and a wage increase. Year-end merit increases also typically barely even cover inflation.
