Remote positions were taken away from excellent hard working staff that resided too far to commute to the office; the decision was made by new directors and we either had to commute or resign. This was extremely difficult, financially and emotionally, due to the fact that I was considered an exceptional (5+ year) employee that received the highest percentage for a raise each year. I resigned on good terms and if remote positions are ever brought back, I would absolutely apply.

Supervisor and management do not want the employees to know we don’t receive incentives or down time which affects productivity . We don’t have enough equipment which causes barriers getting the job done instead we are talked down upon and blamed.
