The management staff of this facility are racist and vindictive. One assiciate was referred to as "Monkey" on several occasions. Another was called "leprechaun " in front of all employees. A member of management drug a receiving associate around the warehouse floor in a group meeting with all associates present. The managers have their favorites and let them get away with taking long breaks, lunches, and doing nothing all day. They force the hardworkers to make up the slack. They demand stay until the work is done but then let people leave early creating long days (10-14 hrs) for everyone else. If you complain about one of the favorites, the managers will take away your weekly incentive to teach you a lesson. If you try to go to HR with any issues, the management just sweep it under the rug. They claim to be #1 but the falsify their numbers to be #1. The associates have no respect for building management because they know they will not do anything about it because they are too worried about their turnover rate. To much turnover means the managers dont get as big of a bonus. Management let people no call no show for weeks before terminating. One associate walked out in shift and the managers were calling him to see if he wanted his job back. They are aware of thieves in the bldg but will not fire them. All the managers do is go outside and smoke all day. You will have no life if you work here, will be mistreated and disrespected.
