      Care a lot about the employees, Fair, Treats all employees with respect, HR and Director are the best in the entire company, they always keep all employees up to date with what is going on.

      Cons

      Salary Max is the only Con I can think of.

      Decent pay, decent benefits, great coworkers, chance for growth, business continues to grow, employee stock option program, and yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Through all of the growth equipment issues have arisen, several changes to management makes things hard to adjust to work styles.
