Business Outlook
Pros
Not many as the company rarely gives raises and takes away benefits. Top out pay is around 15.00 for lift operator.
Cons
Poor management all the way to the top including director that has been caught with marijuana possession twice yet still promoted. Sometimes smell marijuana in the parking lot during break with empty wine bottles from the alcohol cage. Hardly any diversity in warehouse... Human resources is useless with complaints and you have to call corporate directly with complaints. Management is not true to their word and cant be trusted...and fire people without merit.
