Great culture, great people, great management. I felt very lucky to work at a company where I was happy to come to work.

Cons

Constant changes can make it hard to keep pace and work at times is heavy because of this. But who can complain about the success of the business causing heavy work at times?

No many, the pay is so so but not worth your time.

Cons

Ridiculous amount of micro management to the point you can't get your job done, the pay is below industry standard, and implementing new programs every week to legitimately frustrate you. Soon lowering wages. Promoting within good luck with that the good old boys system.
