      Pros

      Working for a fast growing company in a very fast paced, always changing industry. Great experience if you have a good account manager. There was always something to do. Got to utilize my marketing abilities. Got my foot in the door for better opportunities.

      Cons

      Underpaid for the niche skill that this job requires. Difficult to get raises. Company says it was founded on christian values, but when you get everyone together those values are no where to be seen.

      Pros

      Tons of overtime easy to make money, no discipline, honestly can come to work and not have to work hard and get away with it.

      Cons

      Management and supervisors are morons, dont have much experience, would rather sit in office then step on floor to see how things really are doing.
