a total mess...a big time disorganized place ,not direction from managers at all.not respect among the employees and co-workers. Managers don't listen or pretend don't see what's going on

A community oriented company and they also do lots of charity work

Cons

A GREAT company to work for it's employee owned and the benefits are good as well good incentive plans and an overall great company have recommended this place to plenty of friends.

Pros

Overall it was a pretty good place to work. There was the right amount of pressure to push people to strive for better. As well, there was a lot of inter-department collaboration - it took a while to get to that point, but once it was done, it was nice.

Cons

The HUMAN RESOURCES department should really focus on being a resource to the humans who work there. They seemed to be more interested in propelling their own careers and getting face time with the CEO. It was actually easier to get a meeting with the CEO than it was to get a meeting with just about ANYONE in the HR department. They were really focused on name-dropping, and if you didn't have the right name or title, then good luck.
